Work stress: Learn to reduce it and be much happier

Stress is an automatic process through which the human body goes through a threatening or challenging situation, which disturbs the emotional balance. Stress has an adaptive function since in small doses it forces us to adapt to new situations. 1. Start having better relationships with the rest of your classmates.

 

When there is a good atmosphere, people are much happier and calmer. If you feel valued by your classmates, you have help when you need it and you feel useful with this idea, surely your stress levels go down. Start by being friendlier

Avoid getting emotionally entangled

Run-away from gossip, rumors and criticism about other classmates

Be courteous to people you just don’t like

Try to solve your problems with other team members
